Washington, DC, March 14, 2014 — Today the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC) released its March 2014 Report to the Congress on Medicaid and CHIP. The Congressional advisory panel called on Congress to take additional steps to ensure that low-income Americans have a steady source of health care coverage, and smooth transitions between sources of coverage as income and family circumstances change.
