The Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC) requests proposals for a solicitation to award multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contracts. MACPAC is seeking contractors capable of undertaking short- and long-term studies and analyses on a wide range of topics relating to Medicaid and CHIP, including payment, access, quality, managed care, program integrity, and spending. Tasks may include but are not limited to:
- convening and soliciting information from experts and stakeholders;
- conducting environmental scans and information syntheses;
- developing and framing policy options;
- conducting limited surveys and focus groups;
- analyzing survey and administrative data; and
- modeling, actuarial analysis, and policy simulations.
Offerors are responsible for monitoring https://beta.sam.gov/ for release of any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Questions regarding the request for proposal must be submitted via email no later than Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) to contracts@macpac.gov. Responses will be posted on https://beta.sam.gov/ no later than June 24, 2020 at 4:00 PM EDT. The solicitation due date is Friday, July 17, 2020 at 12:00 noon EDT. Separate technical and business proposals shall be emailed to contracts@macpac.gov by that time. Late proposals will not be accepted. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov prior to award of a contract or agreement.
