MACPAC hired PerryUndem Research/Communications to conduct focus groups with individuals who enrolled in Medicaid during the ACA’s first open enrollment, to learn about their experiences enrolling and using their coverage. The presentation describes the findings from six focus groups in Chicago, Denver, and Portland conducted over the summer of 2014. The full report can be found here.
