As part of a series of presentations updating the Commission on children’s coverage, this slide set reviews previous work on out-of-pocket spending in separate CHIP versus exchange coverage, presents new data on children with high out-of-pocket spending in exchange coverage, and offers policy questions for the Commission to consider as it deliberates on the affordability of children’s coverage.
