On November 7, 2014, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Internal Revenue Service announced new guidance for pregnancy-related Medicaid coverage. This MACPAC staff presentation evaluates the new guidance against MACPAC’s recommendations regarding pregnancy-related coverage in its March 2014 Report to the Congress on Medicaid and CHIP.
