Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission
In September 2016, MACPAC sent a letter to the Chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, the Chairman of the Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee, and the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, notifying them that the Commission’s policies to avoid conflicts of interest were public and posted on the MACPAC website.
