Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission
In April 2016, MACPAC replied to a letter from the Chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, the Chairman of the Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee, and the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, requesting additional information on MACPAC’s forthcoming policy to avoid conflicts of interest.
