In July 2015, MACPAC executive director Anne Schwartz testified on MACPAC’s behalf before the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s Health Subcommittee. The hearing examined challenges facing Medicaid and steps to modernize the program that would enhance its efficiency, reduce program costs, and improve quality.
