As of February 2015, 28 states and the District of Columbia had chosen to expand Medicaid to the new adult group, and 22 states had not expanded. This staff presentation provided details on which states expanded Medicaid, how much enrollment increased in these states, and which states were testing new payment and delivery approaches for the new adult population through Section 1115 demonstration waivers.
