New Findings from the Health Reform Monitoring Survey

As many as 14.1 million uninsured adults have gained coverage since the first Affordable Care Act open enrollment period; the uninsured rate declined from 20.3 percent to 13.2 percent. This presentation discusses new findings on the Medicaid expansion population drawn from the Health Reform Monitoring Survey, including their demographic and socioeconomic characteristics, health status, access to care, utilization of services, and satisfaction with coverage.
