Panel: Self-Direction for HCBS

This panel focused on the benefits, challenges, and design considerations associated with administering self-directed home- and community-based services (HCBS) through Medicaid. This panel allowed Commissioners to directly engage with experts to better understand the perspectives and stakeholder inputs states must consider when designing and administering self-direction models.

Panelists included:
