Specifically, the Commission asked organizations to think through issues and policy options in four areas:
- affordability of coverage and out-of-pocket costs,
- adequacy of covered benefits in exchanges,
- adequacy and appropriateness of provider networks for children, and
- greatest areas of concern with the transition between coverage sources (Medicaid, CHIP, and exchanges).
