On September 18, 2014, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released its final evaluation of the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). The presentation reviews the evaluation, summarizes its findings, and raises potential areas for Commission comments to the Secretary of HHS and Congress.
