Differences in benefit spending derived from Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS) and CMS-64 data are presented by state in fiscal year 2021. Benefit spending totals from MACPAC analyses are broken out by unadjusted T-MSIS totals, adjusted CMS-64 totals, and T-MSIS totals as a percentage of CMS-64 totals.
