MACPAC commissioned the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP) to conduct an environmental scan of current DSRIP programs, to better understand DSRIPs’ role in the Medicaid delivery system. MACPAC and NASHP also conducted interviews and site visits with states, providers, and other stakeholders between September and December 2014, to discuss their experiences so far with DSRIPs and their expectations for success.
This contractor report provides NASHP’s cross-state analysis of the genesis, design, financing, and monitoring of DSRIP programs and includes fact sheets on each state DSRIP program.
