This presentation focuses on implementation of work and community engagement requirements in Arkansas, the only state with such requirements currently in effect. It discusses the compliance data released in Arkansas’s October report that shows high rates of non-compliance and disenrollments, and describes in further detail Arkansas’s outreach and education efforts; the reporting process and challenges it poses for beneficiaries; strategies being used to link beneficiaries to work supports and other resources; and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services oversight of the Arkansas program.
